Our 3rd grade classes took part in the FREINDSHIP4KIDS project. This project was created by teachers in the LA area who wanted to find a way to bring some comfort to the children who lost their schools in the LA wildfires. They reached out to 3rd grade teachers across the nation in hopes to receive friendship bracelets. Our students were excited to mail the bracelets and notes of encouragement to the LA community.
