Beginning Feb 24th: Six classes use Google Classroom (complete the video summaries or activities on your own time and submit them by the due date). Four classes are at River Valley School (First class, a mid class, and the last two classes so we make sure everyone is on the right path.)
At River Valley:
February 24th 9:00am-12:00 pm
March 9th 9:00am-12:00 pm
March 23rd 9:00am-12:00 pm
March 24th 1:00pm-4:00 pm
The cost of this class is $350 for River Valley students. Any out of district students the cost for this class is $375. There will be needed a minimum of 15 students signed up or the class will be cancelled.
Students will also have six hours of Behind-the-Wheel instruction. Schedules will be available to sign up for drive times at the classroom sessions. It is important that the student is on time for all drive times, the instructors are paid by the hour, any unexcused absence of a scheduled drive time will result in a $25.00 fee payable before a Certificate is released. We do work with the Parents and Students and have numerous Instructors that teach Behind-the-Wheel. One of the benefits for Deluxe Driving students is, we allow them to sign up for drive times and do not dictate it. We feel this is a strong benefit with all the extracurricular activities students are involved in. All drive times will be completed by April 23rd.
Certificates will be filed electronically with in seven to ten days after the students last class or last drive is completed, whichever is later.
