The HS Spanish Club's annual Scavenger Hunt is
October 14, 2014.  10 different teams against each other to collect the most canned goods/non-perishables for local food banks.  At the beginning of the event, each team captain will receive a list of items in Spanish to search for during a one hour period. Club members will be signing up for teams soon, and they may start contacting patrons ahead of time for items. If you do not live in Correctionville and would like to help out with this fun endeavor, please contact the school or drop your contributions off at the high school on or before October 14.  Let’s make this year a record-breaker!
Help our school earn free educational equipment. Please save your register receipts from shopping at the Mercantile in Correctionville. You can leave your tapes at the store or you can turn them into the school office. The store can print a duplicate receipt if you want to keep one for your financial records. These tapes add up to points that the school can shop with for educational equipment. Don’t forget to tell your family and friends to save their receipts as well!

Thank you to all who have their Target charge card registered with the Take Charge of Education Program. Every time you shop with your REDcard, Target donates 1% of purchases to our school. If you shop at Target and have a Redcard, please consider registering it so your purchase can also benefit RV. It is an easy way to help make a donation while doing your usual shopping. https://www-secure.target.com/redcard/tcoe/home
